Put together teachers from colleges at opposite ends of the province, their students, and internet telecommunication and what do you get? The potential for new connections, new ideas, and new perspectives.

We hear about the benefits of peer collaboration, for both students and teachers. Find out what teachers are saying about using interactive read-write web tools, including webcams and real-time audio conversations, to give their students a chance to get to know people their own age who live in the same province in such contrasting (city/country) environments.

Surprisingly enough, some of the benefits land on the teachers who learn new technology, network with new colleagues, and even make new friends!
