A recent study found that second language teachers only spend 8% of classroom time on oral interaction (i.e. speaking with a partner face-to-face or online). Collaborative video games like Heads Up, Spaceteam or Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes develop oral interaction skills in a fun and engaging way. In this Online Kiosk, you’ll try out one of these games and debate the best practices for integrating them into your pedagogy.
