1. The participant is responsible for installing his/her peripherals and learning how they work.
   However, if the number of participants warrants it, APOP may offer tutorial sessions free of charge to those registered.
2. APOP is not responsible for technical difficulties, service interruptions, and other factors outside its control that might contribute to preventing, reducing or limiting sending and receiving of telecommunications sessions, regardless of where the participant is located during the activity.
3. Should reception be reduced or compromised, and should it be impossible for a participant to attend the session, the access credit policy shall apply.
4. Should it be impossible for a participant to attend a session, his/her registration may be transferred to someone else. However, the latter must register formally for the activity before it is held using the registration form to inform APOP of the anticipated transfer.
5. Regardless of their status (participant, presenter, facilitator), participants posting documents and files on the VIA telecommunications software site, agree to allow the other participants to download and use them, citing the sources and authors.
6. APOP agrees not to use session recordings for promotional or commercial purposes without the participants’ consent.
